And today, I've got one of my team members here with me, Sonia.

She's going to help us as we go over and we demonstratesome of the adjustments that we wind up doing forpatients who may have neck pain.

Neck pain affects somuch of our community, and chiropractic is oneof the conservative, safe, and effective ways to get adjusted.

But most folks don't know what a cervical or a neck adjustment looks like.

We're going to go over twoof the main ways that we wind up doing adjustments.

Now, many of the adjustmentsI do are with my hand, and we do them on the table here.

I'm going to have Sonia lay down on her back, and we'll get started with one of them.

Whenever I get started with an adjustment, even of the neck, we look to check and see ifsomeone needs an adjustment.

If they wind up needing an adjustment, we use our hands, and we touch to feel where we may need todeliver an adjustment.

Now an adjustment is a gentleforce put into your spine to take pressure off your nerves.

I'm going to turn your head,going to tilt your head, and I'm going to put a gentle force in.

(neck cracks) Great job.

We're going to go ahead andfeel the other side as well.

(neck cracks) Great job.

So now, that was one of theadjustments that we might do for a patient on theirneck to help relieve tension, help the muscles work better,help the nerves work better, create more mobility within the spine.

Now Sonia, I'm going to haveyou come and sit up for me and I'll show the viewersanother adjustment that we wind up doing.

This is one of the toolsthat we use to assist with adjustments.

It's called an ArthroStim,it goes like this and makes a noise.

How does that feel Sonia? - Great.

So for some of our patients we'll use this to help with delivering the adjustment.

And what we would dois put it on her spine, we might hold her head back, and we would wind updelivering the adjustment.

We might do a few other teststo determine where would be the best place to deliver an adjustment so that we can start to createmotion within her spine, reintroduce mobility, reduce inflammation, increase blood flow to thearea, and help her feel great.
